People will be able to tune in twice a week to watch either the latest healthy cooking recipes or the latest fitness video. Being healthy doesn’t mean you no longer can eat your favourite foods either, it just means we have to be a little smarter on how we go about preparing them. Hours in the Gym are a thing of the past (unless that’s what you enjoy doing), we’ll show you how to workout smarter and in less time with an overall greater impact on your fitness and health…how does 10, 20, 30 or even 40mins a day sound (the choice is yours)?
If you want even more information and maybe some online coaching with our rich content of online videos to help you lose some extra fat, become fit and get healthy then join our members only platform and gain access to a whole lot more content at no extra charge. We even give you PDF copies of our weekly cooking videos for people to file away in their folders …we know sometimes you just want to access to it without jumping online. The PDF’s will include a shopping list, nutrient breakdown, overall calorie intake and other helpful tips and tricks to make the process even easier.
